The Ship's Figurehead is one of the most romantic relics of the golden age of sailing ships. In our store we have over a dozen original Ship's Figureheads on display. They send us back in time and create a picture in our minds of a clipper ship, hurdling across the Pacific Ocean toward California. Now focus in on the bow and you see the wave rushing up to soak the base of the figurehead as she gazes solemnly at the vast ocean, calming it with her stare. Our ship's figureheads are molded and hand airbrushed replicas of the originals with all the cracks and gouges that give them their unique character. They hang with a simple saw-tooth on the back and are lightweight enough that you can hang it almost anywhere.
